PayPal is a secure way of purchasing over the internet. If you choose to use PayPal to pay for your purchase with G & D Cycles and aren't sure what to do, follow these instructions.
When you reach the payment options page of the shopping cart, you'll have the option to pay with PayPal. Simply click on the PayPal button and it'll take you to the PayPal website which allows you to securely make your payment into our PayPal account. The following tutorial will help you get through that process if you're unsure.
Paypal pages
(notice that you are in a secure webpage by the yellow lock that is at the bottom right of your browser (depending on your browser), no one else can see your details and it's safe to put your personal details in.)
This is the easy bit. It will show the item/s that you've ordered how many and what the price is. Below that it will ask you if you already have a paypal account, if you do, fill in your email address and password and continue the transaction using your paypal account(fastest option), for those with an account this is where the tutorial ends.
Continue on if you don't have a paypal account.
If you don't have a paypal account, you can still pay for your item and you need to click the "continue" button under the option "Don't have a paypal account?".
It will show you the billing information page now and you need to select the radio button next to the "No paypal account? use your credit card account or Bank Account (where available)".
Fill out the fields for your country, credit or debit card information, billing address, copy the letters and numbers in the security field and then when that's all done, you can press the continue button to move onto the next page.
You'll review the information you've put into paypal at this stage and then you are done, the transaction is complete and your goods will be posted out to you once it's cleared into our account. Paypal will probably send you an email asking you to join up, (which is free), having an account with paypal just means that the next time you want to buy something from us, you won't need to put all of your details back in, you can just log into your account and purchase that way.
You can then use your paypal account to pay other places that accept payPal as a payment option or to even receive money from people who purchase things from you, (like paying for an item purchased off Ebay).
