Our online prices are online prices only and may not be similar to instore prices. We will not offer you the online price instore, simple as that.
Sometimes you may purchase an item that has become temporarily out of stock. When this happens we'll endeavour to order the item in for you as soon as possible. Failing this, we'll offer you a store credit or refund.
Sometimes manufacturers will change colours of items, where this occurs we'll let you know and our store will be as up to date as possible so you know what colour the item is you're buying.
Items ordered online are not despatched to you the instant you click the "purchase button". You have to wait for your order to be processed, and then to be sent. You are not the only one waiting for items.
Please allow 7 to 10 days, (it's usually much much faster),
from placing the order to receiving it. Once Australia post have it, it's out of our hands.
